Coconut Chia Pudding with Mangomous

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 60 g spelled flakes
  • 2 tbsp grated coconut
  • 200 ml coconut drink
  • 250g yoghurt
  • 1 mango
  • Juice of 1 lime

Preparation:

  1. Mix the chia seeds, spelled flakes, coconut flakes and coconut drink in a bowl. Fold in the yoghurt.
  2. Pour the chia coconut mixture into two glasses. Peel and dice the mango.
  3. Puree half of the mango cubes with lime juice.
  4. Spread the mango puree on the chia pudding and top with the remaining mango pieces.
